My mom confirms that this really was the case. EVERYBODY watched the finale. The finale to a TV show about a medical team who only want the conveyor belt of wounded boys who should be home being burped by their mothers to end. That’s a pretty remarkable show to have had such broad power over the American people, if you ask me. We could sure learn a lesson from it today.
